GuestRights guarantees that your GuestRights hotel membership will improve your guest loyalty and ratings within six months. In the rare case where this did not happen, GuestRights will give the hotel an additional six-month GuestRights membership at no charge.
To be eligible for this guarantee, the hotel must become a GuestRights member, agree to honor the Guest Bill of Rights and complete our recommended Steps to a Successful GuestRights Membership within one month of becoming a member.
