CommentCard data can be viewed at any time on our website in a secure, password-protected account area. In addition, hotels can choose if they want each individual CommentCard and/or monthly reports emailed to up to four people within an organization.

CommentCard data can be viewed and analyzed many different ways. It can be viewed according to the date range or various other criteria and can be sorted by date, guest name, room number, guest gender, guest age, etc. Data can be viewed as a spreadsheet or as detailed reports. The data can also be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.

CommentCard Details

Each CommentCard can be viewed in detail showing each specific selection from any guest. The CommentCard questions include written comments in the guest's own words, as well as multiple choice questions. When filling out a comment card, guests can choose to have the hotel respond to their comments. This gives hotels the opportunity to increase the level of satisfaction on a guest by guest basis, by addressing the specific concern.

GuestRights' CommentCards can also be customized to each hotel to track specific metrics according to the needs of the property. Of course, the CommentCards can be easily and seamlessly added to each hotel's website.
 
RatingsBoost Service

Our RatingsBoost Service makes it easy to identify satisfied guests who submit positive CommentCards and automatically encourages them to leave positive ratings, reviews and comments on popular travel websites, such as TripAdvisor.

The monthly cost of our CommentCard Service, which includes all of the above, is $1.00 per guest room, per hotel. This can be purchased as part of the GuestRights membership (which qualifies the hotel to a 20% discount), but can also be purchased as a stand-alone feature.
