The Guest Bill of Rights is the cornerstone of the GuestRights organization because each GuestRights member hotel has agreed to uphold these principles. The Guest Bill of Rights is the guests' assurance that they will be very well taken care of and will ensure that they have the best possible stay.
What is the Guest Bill of Rights?
The Guest Bill of Rights is a list of ten rights that all guests should expect and demand from the hotels they stay in. All GuestRights member hotels must agree to honor and uphold all ten rights at all times. The complete list of rights can be viewed here.
